This is a perfect healthy version of hot cocoa for the cold weather we have been having. If you can't do cocoa powder you can sub carob for the cocoa. I have been enjoying this a lot lately!

Ingredients
1 cup non diary milk
2 tbs unsweetened cocoa powder
3 tbs coconut sugar
1- In small pan warm non dairy milk
2- Whisk in cocoa powder and coconut sugar
3- Bring to simmer and pour into mug
