Thirsty Thursday: Carrot apple ginger juice

The perfect juice for the upcoming cold and flu season. This juice helps support the immune system and makes your skin glow!

Ingredients: 
2 apples
5 carrots 
2 inch of ginger 

Directions:

Put all ingredients in a juicer and enjoy!
